Dr. Murray attended the University of Guelph earning a Bachelor of Science (biology) as well as her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the Ontario Veterinary College in 1998.

She has worked in Lindsay and Owen Sound before joining the Sunset Strip Veterinary Clinic in 2020. She lives in Owen Sound with her husband, Wayne, and their dog, Carson (a Boston Terrier), and cat, Dughall. She has a quilting problem that shows no signs of resolution and bakes goodies that often find their way to the Sunset Strip staff room.
